I'm a bilingual-international writer-artist and mom of 2 young adults with ASD, and am myself utterly dyslexic ...but not in the stereotypical way.  My scripts are readable - have no fear!  My focus is animation and I tend to have a Ghibli-esque approach with a thematic "dark" angle in the vein of "Coraline." I like playing with unusual perspectives and realities and tend to approach stuff backwards.  Hi! I'm Sabine!

On HitRecord.org (a community for artists of all kind), I have written, directed, produced and edited multiple short films and radio plays, as well as participated in Emmy winning productions and publications through major publishing houses. Because of the nature of the site much of my work there can not be credited on imdb, but some samples are posted on my portfolio. 

Life threw me a curveball when I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in 2020, adding a new layer to my journey. I like to think of myself as an "Integrative Generalist." You might have heard the term "jack of all trades," but for me, it's about being a master of integration. I bring together knowledge from various areas, always in an effort to create something meaningful.

People often turn to me for advice on art, writing, homeschooling, CBT, autism, alternative remedies for various symptoms, Ehlers-Danlos, and navigating life with cancer. They wonder why I don't stick to just one thing I'm good at. Well, my story is a tapestry of interconnected experiences. I can't separate them.

Since my cancer diagnosis, my perspective on life has shifted. and taken on new meaning.

Now, my biggest wish is to share my insights with you, while leaving something behind for my family.
